Will the Quest to Save Mankind Destroy Humanity?
Set in 2085, The Memory Project follows one family’s fight to stop an AI-driven government from seizing control of humanity’s memories—and rewriting the past to shape the future.
Heath Morgan is an attorney, advisor, and speaker who helps individuals, families, and organizations navigate AI responsibly—using it as a tool for growth, connection, success, and resilience, while protecting themselves from being controlled, exploited, or replaced by it.
Drawing from his experience with AI technology and data security, Heath wrote The Memory Project, a novel exploring the complex relationship between humanity, AI, data collection, and the corporate and government systems behind it. The book is set to launch in September 2025.
Alongside the novel, Heath will soon launch the podcast Parenting in the Age of AI, providing practical resources for parents and community leaders to have intentional conversations with the next generation about how we adopt emerging technology.
Heath is a partner at the law firm Martin Golden Lyons Watts Morgan and speaks regularly on AI technology, data security, and privacy.
